What Lat3r Is

Lat3r is a personal organization and recall tool designed to help you save references to things you discover online and resurface them at the right time based on your chosen intent. Lat3r works alongside the apps and services you already use. It does not replace social platforms, browsers, or content providers.

What Lat3r Stores

When you share something to Lat3r, the app may store locally on your device:

• A link or deep link to the original content
• Basic metadata such as a title or short description
• Your selected intent mode (Try, Learn, Buy, Make, Show, Inspire)
• Optional notes you add
• Optional scheduling details
• Optional contextual preferences you enable

Lat3r does not store the original media, videos, or posts themselves. All information is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that requires system-level permissions such as calendar access.

What Lat3r Does Not Do

Lat3r does not:

• Copy, scrape, download, or rehost third-party content
• Bypass login systems, paywalls, or platform restrictions
• Access your social media accounts or credentials
• Collect personal identity information
• Sell or share user data
• Use hidden advertising trackers

All original content remains hosted and governed by its respective platform.

Third-Party Content and Availability

Lat3r stores references, not content. This means:

• If content is deleted, restricted, or made private, the link may stop working
• Access may require login to the original platform
• Availability depends entirely on the third-party service

Lat3r cannot guarantee continued access to external content.

Smart Suggestions

Lat3r uses internal algorithms to surface items based on your selected intent mode, timing preferences, and optional contextual inputs.

Calendar and Scheduling

Lat3r can optionally integrate with your device calendar. If you grant permission, Lat3r may read upcoming events to better time suggestions, and add scheduled Lat3r items to your calendar when you explicitly schedule them.

Calendar access is optional and can be revoked at any time in system settings. Lat3r only uses the minimum data necessary to provide timing awareness.

Notifications

Lat3r may send reminders or suggestions if notifications are enabled. You control whether notifications are allowed, how frequently they appear, and whether contextual features are active.

If disabled, Lat3r will not interrupt you.

Privacy and Data Storage

Lat3r is designed to operate locally.

• Your saved items remain on your device
• Lat3r does not maintain external user accounts
• Lat3r does not operate a central server
• Lat3r does not transmit your saved content to the developer

If you uninstall the app, locally stored Lat3r data will be removed from your device.

No Warranty

Lat3r is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect suggestions, or error-free operation.

Lat3r is not responsible for missed reminders, unavailable third-party content, or actions taken based on saved items.

Your Responsibility

By using Lat3r, you agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access the content you save
• You understand that availability depends on third-party platforms
• Lat3r is an organizational aid, not an archive
